John Blogg (1851 -1936)

A wonderful hand carving of an Australian plant (possibly pomegranate). This work was executed in 1914 and is carved from one piece of wood and measures 45 x 29 cm.

It is inscribed on an old label to the reverse "This work was done as part
of a commission by John K Blogg in 1914 for the Corbett family, Brisbane"
